Excellent. No waiting round like many vets. They phoned me about progress and when cats could be picked up.

Sorry, but not very impressed with the vet this morning who supposedly gave an annual health check up for my cat and dog.No talking and making a fuss of them. He weighed my cat, looked at her teeth and eyes. Then gave vaccine Same with my dog. A Jack Russell, Bobby, who is nervous and very wary of men. The vet asked me to show him my dogs teeth. I never felt the vet really cares about the pets he sees.Before I moved to Stafford I lived in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, and I knew every vet in the practice by name and they all made a fuss of my pets beforehand. Am I expecting too much of the vet seeing my pets to make a fuss of them as well as listen to what I am saying to him?
A fantastic team and nothing is ever too much trouble. They care about your pet just as much as you. Thanks again for all you do for me and my little fur baby xxx
I bring 3 small dogs to this practice for their yearly immunisations and any treatments. Tyson has had several procedures done here and I have always felt 100% confident that they are all in the best hands.Alison (I think thats her name) in reception is always very friendly and helpful. All vets especially Mac are very professional and lovely with my animals. They go out of their way to provide you with advice and information.I came away from 2 of my dogs having their yearly vaccines and health checks yesterday very happy and satisfied with some useful advice.
