Took my German shepherd there this morning. Was looked at by Mark. Ive never met such an uncaring, rude, in compassionate person in my life. My poor dog was clearly stressed and Mark thought it appropriate to call her a stupid idiot. If I didnt need treatment there and then I would of walked out. I have emailed Craig the main partner at Straitons but no response. If you care about your animals DO NOT let Mark anywhere near them. Even accused my dog of biting him after Id confronted him about calling her a stupid idiot which she clearly didnt! The man should not be in this profession.....I have since found out he quite happily fox hunts too. Total horrible man and I would 100% NOT recommend. (Unfortunately cant give nil stars otherwise I would)
